Lose Belly Fat in 3 Days with a Fasting Diet


Wouldn't it be amazing to start losing belly fat in as little as 3 days without following a highly restrictive diet? Well, that's exactly what I'm going to teach you how to do today. By the end of this video, you will know exactly how to create your own flexible diet plan in a way that perfectly matches your dietary preferences and lifestyle. It's no secret that my favorite type of flexible dieting is fasting and I'll teach you how to customize your fasting plan from start to finish.

 Before we dive into it, I want to make sure everyone understands what a flexible diet plan is and why it is so much better than the restrictive diet model for long-term fat loss and weight maintenance. Most diet plans contain a list of foods you can eat and a list of foods you cannot eat.


 Many of them also have rules such as what time of day you eat your meals, how many meals you should have in a day, and many diet plans require you to weigh your food down to the grams. A flexible diet gets rid of all those stressful rules allowing you to feel like you're not dieting at all.


 Now your belly fat will not separate from the other fats in your body. I've said this many times before, but I'll say it again, your body loses fat as one unit and there is no way to target fat burning, but if your goal is to lose belly fat and fat around your midsection in general, your focus should be on creating a sustainable diet plan Help you burn fat from your whole body. And that's exactly what I'm going to show you how to do now.


 With a flexible diet, there is no one way you have to stick to it because that wouldn't be very flexible at all. But there are many methods put in place for you and one of my favorite structures of a flexible diet is fasting.


 When I say fasting, most people think of intermittent fasting, and in case you don't know what intermittent fasting is, intermittent fasting involves an 8-hour feeding period that you can choose at any time of the day and then fast another 16 hours today.


Intermittent fasting is very popular but it is definitely not the only way to fast on a flexible diet plan. Many people will take a completely different approach to fast such as eating normally for five days of the week and then spending two days out of the week eating either 0 calories or nearly no calories.


 Fat loss is a process that occurs over time and relates to total calories and macros over that time period. Even if you eat more calories two or three days out of the week, but after two or three fasting days, your totals will balance out, you can still end up with a calorie deficit at the end of that week which means you'll burn fat.. So the way you arrange your fasting plan is to first decide how you want to eat.


Do you want to eat twice a day 3 times a day once a day or do you want to fast completely some days so that you can eat more on other days? The less time per week you're willing to devote to fasting, the more eager you will be to go over a lot of calories. Conversely, the more time you devote to fasting, the more you can escape during feeding periods. To help you, I will give you some templates.


 As you know, there is intermittent fasting which is roughly two to three meals a day with 8 hours of eating and 16 hours of fasting, and there is also the warrior diet where you have 4 hours to eat and 20 hours fast which allows you to have one or two meals a day, Another block is made or one meal a day which is exactly what it sounds like you choose once every day that you will eat and then fast until that time again the next day.


 Then the last paradigm I want to touch on is the 5-2 diet where you would normally eat five days of the week and then spend two days of the week completely fasting where you have very few calories like under 500.


 All of these structures will work but you have to choose what works best for you and remember that the longer you fast the better you will be able to do harder fasts like The Warrior Diet and the one meal a day plan.
