5 Supplements You SHOULD NEVER BUY!

Look at a little over 5 times since I had Joe who has every possible supplement you could imagine scattered over my counter. I was taking creatine protein glucosamine that supports the prostate supports the liver, digestive enzymes are just a whole bunch of things I didn't need in all of them.

Unfortunately, nothing was telling me that all the supplements I bought were only doing one thing and that was precious urination.

Seriously guys diligence is a huge supplement. There are plenty of products out there that are said to help you build muscle or help you burn fat 3 times as much as presto but the truth is that most of these supplements will burn completely in your suitcase and be done.

Spending the wealth that you could have spent on good food will get you more results. A moment I want to touch on the five best BS supplements you should stay away from.

Let's start with liquid ketones number one. The reason I wanted to mention liquid ketones first is that they are becoming more and more popular nowadays. The whole idea is that liquid ketones are supposed to help you get into ketosis quickly, so liquid ketones are really growing in fashion, especially with the ketogenic crowd.

. Unfortunately, fame has to tell them that the claims of these supplements are just outright lying. In order for your body to go into ketosis, you have to restrict your carbohydrate intake enough for your body to start converting fats into ketones which will be used as energy. Simply put, you use fat as your primary source of energy when you don't have any carbs.

The process of using ketones for energy, known as ketosis, essentially allows people to target their own fat stores and burn more fat. Ketosis occurs naturally when you take in glycogen or carbohydrates from the body and not when you add a commodity.

Adding ketones to your body aimlessly will not put you into ketosis. Again ketosis leads to ketosis, but ketones do not lead to ketosis.

So when your body is in ketosis, it leads to the natural ketone product for energy and not the other way around.

Adding redundant ketones for no reason will give you extra energy to burn before you start burning your fat stores. Which was the main goal of eating liquid ketones.

It's actually really stupid when you assume it anyway. First and foremost, the mass winners are not healthy at all.

A little lipoprotein spread filled with a large amount of sugar will suffice. In fact, they have such an important sugar filling that the maximum mass winners fail protein lab tests. Meaning they contain less protein than what is written on the package.

If you want the chic bang for your buck, also buy a regular lip protein and use it to make your own mass killer. You can better produce Mass Gainer with ingredients that come from real food for your body to actually use.

What you do is take two tablespoons of protein, two tablespoons of peanut oil, two bananas, two servings of rolled oats, and one to two tablespoons of coconut oil.

You can also add water or whole milk if you really want to add extra calories. Also, mix it up with some ice and wala, and you have yourself a killer massager that is much cheaper and more effective than what you might get from a marketable mass killer.

Next on the list is a multivitamin and I know a lot of people will miss it when I explain this because some people really assume that taking a daily multivitamin will magically keep them healthy. Don't worry about my diet.

I got my vitamins. Sorry to break it to you but your vitamins only have two effects. One fills the pockets of supplement companies and two gives you valuable 3 studies published in the Journal of Internal Medicine proved that multivitamins and minerals were no better than placebo lozenges in terms of people's health.

Meanwhile, nutritional supplements such as multivitamins continue to lead multi-billion dollar efforts. First of all, we don't really understand the full consistency of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants found in real fruits and vegetables.
